Call Center Ticketing Staff
- Telephone handling to contact center
- Handle and follow up the customer
- Build and maintain good relationship with customer
- Provide solutions to customers complaints
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pakarti Centre,Tanah Abang III,Gambir,Jakarta.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position. And Able to Shifting.
- Have a knowledge about system Sabre or Galileo are priority.
