- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records.
- Determine charges for services requested.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
- Bachelor degree from Any major.
- Possess an Outgoing Personality.
- Fluent in English (Fluent in one or more Western European language or East Asian language will be an advantage).
- At least 2 years experience working as a sales with broad knowledge in information technology or similar
