  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records.
  • Determine charges for services requested.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
  • Bachelor degree from Any major.
  • Possess an Outgoing Personality.
  • Fluent in English (Fluent in one or more Western European language or East Asian language will be an advantage).
  • At least 2 years experience working as a sales with broad knowledge in information technology or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Looking and Well Groomed Appearance.
  • Computer-literate.
  • Creative Thinking.
  • Good Time Management Skill, Attention to detail, Customer Focus Orientation, Able to work with dateline and doing multitasking job.
