You will be responsible for developing CS program -planning, organizing, managing and monitoring all store customer service program implementation to ensure the program & standard applied in store operation to gain customer satisfaction.
- Male, max 30 years old, min Diploma Degree from reputable university
- Min 3 years experience in related field
- Having the experience to create and manage customer service program
- Have a good skill to handle training for customer service
- Good communication and coordination skill and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English & Computer Literate
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
