JAPANESE SPEAKER SECRETARY

Job Description :

  • Work and coordinate with HRGA department
  • Responsible in handling administration matters for Japanese Expatriates
  • Handle expatriates documents
  • Assist President Director for administrational and secretarial duties
  • Interpret conversation with Indonesians
  • Possibility assist President Director meeting with Indonesians

Requirements :

  • Age max. 32 years old
  • Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree (S1)
  • Experienced in administration or interpreting minimum a year, preferably from Japanese Company
  • Able to communicate in Japanese, oral and written (Min N3) and able to communicate in English for conversation level
  • Active, able to multitask, detail oriented and cooperative
  • Willing to work in Karawang (PMA Japan)
  • ONLY CV IN ENGLISH or JAPANESE WILL BE PROCESSED
