- Analyzing the competency requirements of each position.
- Socialize the forms / KPI procedures for each department.
- Analyze the talent management and career path to be implemented properly.
- Job evaluation to ensure the duties and responsibilities of a job.
- Analyze and develop projects in the OD department to run properly.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree of Psychology/ Human Resource.
- At least 2 years experience in OD and/or Talent Management.
- Advance Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio).
- Deep analytical, communicative, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
