JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

 

  • As player manager (as both team leader to establish and lead a team, and player himself), responsible for sales, marketing and project development of elevator business to meet the annual order booking targets set forth by the management
  • Explore new customers and perform regular customer visits and reporting
  • Manage overall sales activities including contract negotiation, internal order processing, logistics and procurement
  • Manage local sales channels and follow up with the agents on project status and securing progress
  • Responsible for tender related management, including tender document preparation and submission
  • Establish good connections with key accounts (private developers, government, consultants, architects, quantity surveyors and project managers)
  • Prepare monthly report pertaining to each project and customer database

 

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

  • Age: 35-43
  • Gender: Male/female
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering Major
  • Language: Fluent in English both in spoken and written. Mandarin skill will be an advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years as Sales for Elevator & Escalator product
  • Willing to travel for domestic & overseas assignments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and in a team
