RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage/train the kitchen staffs for the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • His/her primary tasks is to oversee the entire day to day operations and training of each outlet in his area.
  • He/She must ensure every outlet is consistent with the company's mission, vison and policies.
  • Overseeing food ordering
  • Preparation
  • Delivery of operations

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min. 3 years combined experience managing restaurant kitchen as an Area Kitchen Manager.
  • Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and positive attitude.
  • Strong managerial and communication skills.
  • Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented.
  • Good command of written & spoken both English
