- To manage/train the kitchen staffs for the smooth operation of the kitchen
- His/her primary tasks is to oversee the entire day to day operations and training of each outlet in his area.
- He/She must ensure every outlet is consistent with the company's mission, vison and policies.
- Overseeing food ordering
- Delivery of operations
- Min. 3 years combined experience managing restaurant kitchen as an Area Kitchen Manager.
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and positive attitude.
- Strong managerial and communication skills.
- Must be a highly committed individual that is detail and systems oriented.
- Good command of written & spoken both English
