DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities :
  • To prepare and execute payment related to Learning Department for training expense and training allowance
  • To register invoice received and prepare for Purchase Application and Payment Certificate including circulate the approval
  • Payment execution in PASS and T24 system in daily manner
  • Execute for Petty Cash in out and the reconciliation of Petty Cash report in daily manner
  • Prepare and provide information related to business trip (e.g ticket, hotel, allowance, etc) for anyone will travel and for expatriate
  • matter in daily manner
  • Prepare adjustment entries for GAD related to monthly reconciliation with Accounting Department
  • Prepare and maintain office cellular phone including correspondence with Tokyo for register and also with vendor if any problem occurs
  • To support and provide Personnel and Non Personnel data to auditor

Requirements :
  • University graduate (S1/S2) any major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Familiar using Microsoft Office Program
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Innovative and able to work as a team, and has good analytical skill\
