You as Business Development executive need to get and maintain good relationship and communication with the partners and clients. You need to know the partners and client's product features in details.
- Planning and execution of business development strategies to get partners, clients and product in insurance or financial institute or company.
- Develops proposals, negotiates and closes the deal or contract with the partners and clients.
- Manages professional network of partners organizations in order to maximize business development opportunities
- Working closely with others team member for product knowledge and technology issue.
- Looking for new corporate customer or lead
- Good performance might be promoted to become General Manager
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Banking/Finance, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accountancy, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in insurance or financial sector like Bank or mutifinancial company which related credit and loan.
- Posses good communication skills.
- Good understanding on offline and online customer.
- Able to work in team or individually.
- Able to work under pressure.
