Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance
Qualities and Skills
- Max 35 years
- Have experience min 3 years in same position
- Preferably experience from outsourcing company
- Education Bachelor Degree (preferably a graduate psychologist)
- experience in the field min 2 years
- Excellent Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Excellent Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions
- Excellent monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Excellent in managing and developing a team HR recruiters
- Excellent speaking and writing skills, the ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities.
- Demonstrate good judgment, creativity and a positive attitude.
