Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance

Qualities and Skills

  • Max 35 years
  • Have experience min 3 years in same position
  • Preferably experience from outsourcing company
  • Education Bachelor Degree (preferably a graduate psychologist)
  • experience in the field min 2 years
  • Excellent Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  • Excellent Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions
  • Excellent monitor the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  • Excellent in managing and developing a team HR recruiters
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills, the ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, creativity and a positive attitude.
