    The applicants should possess:

    • Bachelor degree from Information system or IT will be preffered
    • Passionate in Digital Marketing field and having strategic mindset
    • Skilled in operating Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Crowdbooster, Socialsprout, etc
    • Highly analytical thinking in creating such a robust decision.
    • Proven successfully in Managing Social Media Marketing and Digital Campaign – GDN, SEM, Email Blast, Facebook Ads, etc
    • Possess the ability to deliver meaningful insights by Analyzing Digital data
    • Creative thinking
    • Better understanding the business flow and product from variety of the industry such as FMCG, Hospitality, etc
    • Expert in UI/UX and User Journey would be recommended
    • Fresh graduate are welcome
    • Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly with new and different working environment

    Main Job Responsibility:

    • Prepare analytics report regularly and action plan to improve the current performance
    • Set up Google Analytics goals as per the business requirements. For Example: Creating Goal Funnel, Custom Report, Regex, etc
    • Data Mining that results in specific action plans around our key business functions
    • Set up the Digital KPI that is aligned with our business goal
    • Monitor day-to-day operation through Digital Analytics Tools
    • Provide direct conclusion and recommendation based on finding / research
    • Collaborate / Brainstorm together across business units and its related division in areas such as:  content creation, planning, execution, reporting, etc
    • Data Driven Management is Mandatory
