DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Monitoring claim customer
  • Melakukan komunikasi dengan customer mengenai kualitas produk
  • Memastikan semua claim customer sudah terjawab sampai dengan close
  • Memimpin meeting koordinasi bagian terkait untuk menjawab claim customer
  • Memastikan action plan pada jawaban claim customer berjalan sesuai rencana dan effective
  • Memastikan prosedur dan standard kerja berjalan dengan baik
  • Ikut serta dalam audit system mutu (internal, customer, badan sertifikasi)
 
Requirement :
 
  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 (Teknik mesin/Teknik industri)
  • Memahami dan memiliki sertificcate Internal Auditor ISO 9001:2008
  • Memiliki komunikasi skill yang baik
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik
  • Minimal memiliki pengalaman kerja 2 tahun dibagian QA perusahaan Injection Molding
  • Bersedia kerja team, disiplin, rajin dan pantang menyerah
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di plant Kapuk-Jakarta Utara
