TREASURY OFFICER

Requirements:

  • Max. 27 years old
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)
  • Having experience as Forex Dealer/Trader or Financial Institution in banking industry min. 2 years
  • Good computer literacy
  • Interested in mathematics, smart, creative and able to negotiate and think analytically
  • Target minded
  • Good appearance, highly motivated, ready to work under pressure and able to work as a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Lingkungan kerja sangat terasa kekeluargaannya serta cukup nyaman, tenang dan menyenangkan. Training dan setifikasi yang ada juga sudah bagus. Terdapat serikat pekerja.

Cons

Perlunya perubahan manajemen terutama dalam pengembangan karyawan. Selain itu, masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam hal gaji antara karyawan baru dan lama.
