    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    RESPONSIBILITY :
     
    • Handle permit letter and site key
    • Assist Project Manager & Coordinator on administration task
    • Handle administration related to project implementation
    • Handle HR administration (Attendance Report, Allowance Report, Recruitment)
    • Handle GA Administration (Asset & Tools Management include report, database, log book, Usage car report, maintenance car report)
    • Handle Finance Administration (Operational Cost Project, Claim reimbursement, Homebase monthly payment includes electricity, rent fee, maid, water and etc.)
    • Daily Report Task
    • Have coordination with Head
     
    REQUIREMENT :
     
    • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
    • Required skill(s): microsoft excel, basic accounting, basic hr functions, inventory and asset management, English.
    • Required language(s): English
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
    • Has experience as Project Admin in telecommunication project
    • Have basic knowledge on finance administration (general ledger, claim reimbursement, payment and invoice
    • Have basic knowledge on HR administration (Recruitment, Attendance Report, and database report)
    • Have basic knowledge on GA Administration (stock opnam, warehouse inventory, asset management, car maintenance)
    • Good analytical thinking, honest, fast learner, good communication skill and can work with minimum supervision.

    Pros
    • Kerja sama timnya solid dan kompak. Karyawannya ramah-ramah dan komunikasi antar karyawan berjalan cukup lancar. work life balancenya juga cukup baik.
    • Suasana di tempat kerja yang sangat kekeluargaan sehingga bekerja terasa nyaman dan menyenangkan. Gaji yang diberikan juga terbilang cukup kompetitif.
    Cons
    • Perusahaan masih menggunakan sistem kontrak. Dibandingkan perusahaan sejenis lainnya, gaji pokok dan tunjangan kesehatannya masih termasuk rendah. Tidak ada kejelasan jenjang karir.
    • Struktur organisasinya tidak jelas dan masih memerlupan perbaikan. Pembagian job descnya juga masih tidak jelas. Beberapa orang harus melakukan pekerjaan yang bukan menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
