    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    One of our client, Japanese trading company based in Tangerang, Banten is looking for Department Head of Finance & Accounting.
     
    Job Description:
    • Contribute in financial decision making
    • Contribute in decision making of anything that relates to any expenses.
    • Contribute in any devidend decision making
    • Giving feedback about the team's performance.
    • Managing the use of accounting and finance in order to produce report as accurate and punctual as possible.
    • Coordinate and control plans, and reports as well as company's tax payment based on government regulation.
    • Plan, control and evaluate company's cashflow.
    • Plan and coordinate the financial structure of the company and controling the usage to check the effeciency of conmpany's operational activities.
    • Developing the financial system and procedures to ensure all the process and transcation goes according to plan and the regulations, in order to minimize any financial risk.
    • Coordinate and design financial plan and analystic to propose new idea to help for decision making and company's investment.
     
    Qualification:
    • Understands the implementatiobn of Accounting and Finance
    • Have deep knowledge about accounting, finance and tax
    • Expert in Microsoft office (words, excel and power point)
    • Have minimal 5 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting.
    • Able to speak business level english both written and spoken.
    • Someone who can work under preasure
    • A person who able to distinguish colors well

    • Suasana kerja di dalam perusahaan cukup terasa kekeluargaan dan cukup nyaman dalam mendukung pekerjaan yang ada. Rekan kerja pun supportif dan tidak menghambat pekerjaan yang dilakukan.
    • adanya lingkungan kerja yang baik dan kekeluargaan, atasan yang baik dan profesional, jam kerja yang normal dan adanya acara pelatihan bagi karyawan
    Cons
    • Kenaikan gaji di perusahaan ini terbilang lambat dan gajinya pun belum sesuai dengan pekerjaan karyawan sehingga harus ditingkatkan lagi agar lebih sesuai.
    • salary dan jenjang karir yang sangat lambat, perusahaan kurang bisa memberikan kesejahteraan karyawan dengan baik, rasa kekeluargaan yang kurang erat
