Job Descriptions :
  • Sourcing job applicants as required by users
  • Review incoming application/resume; Interview job applicants; conduct psychotest include photo character; evaluate  applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications,
  • Drive the coordination on-boarding activities with internal parties
  • Ensure that HR processes are executed in alignment with company’s expectations
  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  • Drives consistency in administering human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employees receive appropriate and reasonable treatment.
 
 
Requirements:
  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • S1 Graduated in Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 years in Human Resources or fresh graduate are welcome
  • Good in computer literate
  • Able to work with under-pressure
  • Have a good analytical thinking and communication

Suasana lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan dan bersahabat. Selain itu, kantornya juga cukup nyaman, dengan fasilitas yang bisa dibilang cukup memadai.
