    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    • Prepare and develop product and sales concept according to Brand
    • Implement marketing plan and strategy to support and create brand image or brand building which can be accepted by consumer
    • Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, pricing, S&OP forecasting, financial mix, and P&L management
    • Win the market competition for existing product
    • Evaluate new products that use the brand which is concerned during the periode of launching
     
    JOB REQUIREMENT :
     
    • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, but prefered Engineering, Management, Communication
    • Minimal 4 years working experience in FMCG
    • Experience in brand communication and brand innovation development
    • Capable to lead small team and across function
    • Strong business sense and analysis, which includes brand tracking tools such as Nielse, BHT, etc
    • Good computer skills,
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Strong adaptability
    • Brand Forecast
    • Consumer Oriented. Prefer those who already has strong knowledge on consumer insight and market research
    • Understand brand communication and brand innovation development. Prefer those who has led brand innovation
    • Fast learner, team player, open minded, good listening skills

    • Persaingan kerja di perusahaan ini berjalan dengan sangat baik dan profesional, hubungan atasan dan bawahan terjalin dengan sangat baik, selain itu suasana dalam bekerja sangat kondusif.
    • atasan di perusahaan ini tidak pilih kasih dan adil, rekan kerja yang profesional dan juga lingkungan kerja yang sangat nyaman.
    Cons
    • Pimpinan perusahaan terlalu kaku, pengawasan kerja dari atasan sangat ketat, selain itu aturan hanya berlaku bagi bawahan dan tidak berlaku bagi atasan.
    • Perusahaan kurang memberikan jam lembur sehingga gaji yang didapat oleh karyawan sangat pas-pasan, selain itu karyawan kesulitan dalam meminta izin untuk cuti.
