Posisi Medical Marketing Manager adalah untuk pemenuhan salah satu grup Indofood yaitu
Nutrition & Special Food (Baby Food)
 
Job Description
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap rencana jangka pendek dan jangka panjang termasuk di dalamnya Annual Brand Plan dalam 5 tahun ke depan
  • Mengatur brand equity&brand portfolio
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan brand communication/campaign, ATL dan BTL
  • Mendukung Brand innovation termasuk perubahan formula, perubahan kemasan, brand extention, dll
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap Brand profitability dan pricing
  • Bertanggung jawab dalam memperluas market dan mendapat informasi mengenai perkembangan competitor
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan kegiatan brand seperti internal NSF (sales, finance, produksi, demand, procurement) dan eksternal (media agency, creative agency)
Kualifikasi
 
  • S1 segala jurusan
  • Minimum pengalaman kerja 7 tahun di bidang marketing
  • Memiliki pengalaman dan relasi dengan KOL, IBI, IDAI, POGI
  • Diutamakan yang berpengalaman dalam HCP insight & market research Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai baby nutrition, claim and local & international regulation
  • Berpengalaman dalam medical sales dan prediksi penjualannya
  • Kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, presentasi
