Deskripsi Pekerjaan
 
  • Melakukan supervisory dan monitoring pelaksanaan riset di lapangan berjalan sesuai prosedur dan teknik riset  yang benar
  • Memberikan masukan terhadap permintaan riset dari internal klien, mengevaluasi proposal riset, melakukan pemilihan research agency, memberikan feed-back pada research design,  pengecekan kuesioner, hingga reporting agar hasil riset valid, akurat, efisien dan reliable
  • Membuat summary ad-hoc report atau analisa untuk hasil riset yang mudah untuk difahami dan diambil kesimpulan atau dibuatkan rekomendasi
  • Melakukan kegiatan administrative untuk semua proyek riset (penelusuran dokumen yang diperlukan, approval proposal, dan pembayaran ke research agency)
  • Melaksanakan proyek internal dengan R&D bila dibutuhkan
 
Kualifikasi
 
  • S1 Jurusan Psikologi/Statistik/Teknik
  • Berpengalaman sebagai market research selama min. 3-5thn
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai metode penelitian kualitatif/kuantitatif, brand management, business process, product knowledge, report writing
  • Mampu berbahasa Inggris
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan komunikasi yang memadai

Disini masih terdapat senior dan junior pada hubungan karyawan sehingga hubungan yang terjalin antar karyawan masih terkesan kaku dan tidak cukup solid.
