- Perform daily secretary duties - answering telephone calls, taking messages, schedule meetings/ appointments and filling.
- Handle traveling matters - tickets, visa application & hotel arrangement.
- Preparing letters, correspondences, compilation of reports.
- Execute the directors decisions.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by management.
- Maximum 27 years old and good looking.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in any major.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) is a must.
- At least 2 years of working experince in the related field. Fresh graduate are wellcome to apply.
- Having good attitude, good communication skill, smart, independent, attention to detail.
- Can work under pressure.
