    - Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Statistic/any major
    - Min. 5 years in market research-
    - Experience of managing market research in manufacturers/client side
    - Has good common sense in marketing & business
    - Good communication skill, project management, various market research techniques
    - Fluent in English (written & Verbal) and using MS Office
     
    Job Description :
     
    -  Bertanggung jawab untuk mempersiapkan marketing dashboard brand kategori                     
    -  Melakukan konsolidasi terhadap seluruh sales tracking report dan adhoc market data                     
    - Membuat marketing dashboard termasuk pergerakan industri, penilaian perusahaan dan brand                     
    - Mendukung Corporate Marketing dalam analisa bisnis dan penilaian brand.                     
    - Bertanggung jawab terhadap analisa data yang berasal dari berbagai sumber untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi
    terhadap bisnis, melakukan competitive review, dan innovation trend review.
    - Menjalin/membina relasi dengan internal stakeholder.

In addition, the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane as well as other crops.

    Disini masih terdapat senior dan junior pada hubungan karyawan sehingga hubungan yang terjalin antar karyawan masih terkesan kaku dan tidak cukup solid.
