NOC Manager



    1.Network fault management .
    It is responsible for the network monitoring, processes the Power warning information, breakdown list filling in, the processes track, the performance report form output, accepts customer complain and track process                           
    2.Technical support group (TSG) management. It is responsible for each KPI analysis professionally, make promotion planning. To provide the MS project technical support respectively, the significant breakdown solution, interface with headquarter service departments                                 
    3.Operation support group (OSG) management. It is responsible for NOC platform administration, OSS system, IT system, security management and so on.                                                                        
    4.Network configuration manages (CM). It is responsible to control the flow change, system data configuration, carries out the regular data backup, and inspection
    1. BE, B.Tech (Electronics & Communications \ Telecommunications)                                          
    2. 10+ years relevant in Tele-communications.         
    3. At least 3 years NOC management experience in Operator or Managed service project.
