DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities :
  • Call customer and provide statements
  • Processed payments and post
  • Account receivable & cash application : apply payments to customer accounts
  • Progress payments
  • Achieve desk collection targets
  • Build relationship with the vendor, agency, and public organization
  • Build and conducting collection strategy in order to increase the performance
 
Requirements :
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent
  • Have at least minimum 2 years experience in the same field (preferably from General Insurance)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and persistent
  • Excellent communication and  interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in team as well as independently
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • A persuasive and driving attitude
  • Very mature, high integrity and strong person, professional and result oriented
  • Candidates must be honest, outgoing, and willing to work long hour and under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially must have stronger capability about Microsoft Excel
