Marketing Executive




    The Marketing Executive will supervise the creative team of 8 persons, composed of designers and copywriter/translators. He/she will be supervising the adaptation of international promotion materials (mailings and catalogs) for the local market.
    Organization and Planning
    • Perfect understanding of the business model and calendar of promotion materials
    • Anticipate future promotion materials: discuss improvement and adaptation with Head Quarters and local Legal team
    • Ensure good communication between departments (Creative, Legal, Printing, CRM)
    • Allocate work to subordinates, create schedules and ensure deadlines are met
    • Control all promotion materials to be sent to clients before approval of management
    Guide the Creative Team, Revision and Optimization of materials
    • Assist the Marketing Manager and supervise the Creative Team on a daily basis
    • Organise meetings with the team to prepare everyone for next task and communicate deadlines/goals
    • Daily communication and supervision of the creative team to guide then whenever needed for local adaptation
    Control and Approval
    • Revision of promotion materials (content, logic, aesthetic, links between elements, etc.) respecting the requirements and deadlines given by Marketing Manager
    • Communication with Head Quarter’s creative team for their revision of the promotion material
    • Respect the established control process and checklist to ensure everything is in place before sending to printing house and client
    • Graduated from a Communication/Marketing course
    • Minimum 4 years experience in agency or retail related business in Marketing
    • Experience/Skills in Copywriting is a plus
    • Full proficiency in English and Indonesian
    • Detailed-oriented, meticulous and creative
    • Excellent time management skills, strong organization and result oriented
    • Strong team player able to guide his/her subordinates but also work independently, multitask under fast paced environment
    • Able to communicate and collaborate in international and cross-functional teams
