Manager Security Governance & Culture
- Develop, establish, and manage company wide information security policies, security practices, security standards, and security guidelines for solid direction of company’s protection in managing information assets and compliance to respective regulations
- Plan, develop, establish, and manage company-wide information security awareness program, including and not limited to training, skill improvement, and security socialization to nurture employees and/or business partners to have secure behavior across the organization.
- Lead and manage business planning and budgeting purposes to improve security governance and security culture of the company’s security excellent program
- Develop, liaise, manage, and review security governance model with internal and external stakeholders to achieve security excellent program
- Lead, mentor/coach, develop, and manage sub ordinates to establish solid security culture and security governance program
- University graduate, preferably Master degree in computer science or engineering, with at least 5 years of full-time work experience in managing information security management
- Solid understanding and comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27000 series.
- Solid and wide experience in designing and developing security solutions and tools
- Technical expertise in a wide portfolio of security control technologies
- Preferably has an international information security certification, such as: CISSP or CISM
- Knowledge on ISO 27001, certification would be advantage
- Personal attributes (leadership, communication, people management, presentation, and reporting skills)
- Strong analytical thinking combined with solid business acumen
- Solid coalition building and customer orientation
- Result achievement (quality, problem solving, solution orientation, innovation, decisiveness, performance management)
- Solid Consultancy in information security management
