    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    RESPONSIBILITIES :
    • Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
    • Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for new product development.
    • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
    • Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
    • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
    • Support sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
    • Conduct product trainings to sales team.
    • Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
    • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
    • Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
    REQUIREMENTS :
    • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
    • Have minimum 3 years experience in industrial automation.
    • Have robust knowledge about drive in industrial automation.
    • Well proven technical and interperseonal skills and strong analytical capabilities.
    • Highly motivated.
    • Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skill.
    • Fluent in English both oral and written.

    Pros
    • Ilmu yang saya dapatkan selama bekerja di dalam perusahaan ini cukup banyak. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga sudah cukup nyaman.
    Cons
    • Gaji yang diberikan perusahaan masih kurang kompetitif. Di lain hal, insentif karyawan juga masih kurang banyak. Jenjang karir juga masih kurang jelas.
