Responsibilities :
  • Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash & Bank Statements.
  • Controlling journal daily posting.
  • Responsible for making invoices, checking them, and releasing before the deadlines.
  • Monthly tax reporting such as preparation of monthly Income Tax.
  • Prepare reconciliation between performance and budget.
  • Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals.
  • Preparing and compose monthly Financial statements & reports.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent with GPA min 2.75
  • Have at least minimum 2 years experience in the same field (preferably from General Insurance).
  • Must be familiar in preparing and making Financial Report to the Ministry of Finance regularly
  • Good understanding of Finance and Accounting system
  • Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must
  • Preferably having Tax Certificate (Brevet A & B)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, persistent, ability to interact with all levels.
  • Good command of English language
  • Holder A3IK qualification would be an advantage

  • Outgoing personality and able to gets along with Subordinates and Management.
  • Proven ability to deliver team driven success.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

  • A persuasive and driving attitude.
  • Very mature, high integrity and strong person, professional and result oriented
  • Candidates must be honest, outgoing, and hardworking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
