DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities :
  • Handle reconcile and maintain accounts in Account Receivables, Account Payables, Cash & Bank Statements
  • Controlling journal daily posting
  • Responsible for making invoices, checking them, and releasing before the deadlines
  • Transaction administration
  • Assist with monthly closings & adjustments journals
  • Preparing and compose monthly Financial statements & reports
 
Requirements :
  • Able to speak English
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • Have at least minimum 1 year experience in the same field (preferably from General Insurance).
  • Must be familiar in preparing and making Financial Report to the Ministry of Finance regularly
  • Good understanding of Accounting system
  • Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, persistent, ability to interact with all levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in team as well as independently
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proactive and hands-on – not a desk manager
  • A persuasive and driving attitude
  • Very mature, high integrity and strong person, professional and result oriented
  • Candidates must be honest, outgoing, and willing to work long hour and underpressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
