Sr. Engineer - Production Support
- Lead, analyze, implement, review configuration changes related Amdocs TC Reference, SOA/SOAR Reference; Bundling Management, Network-Billing Reference ( MSC, SGSN, CGI), Community, other Billing modue such as CM, RPL, and other modules
- Identify and produce testing execution and result related to related Amdocs TC Reference, SOA/SOAR Reference; Bundling Management, Network-Billing Reference ( MSC, SGSN, CGI), Community, other Billing modue such as CM, RPL, and other modules
- Monitor and deliver configuration changes to Production within schedule to ensure its alignment with requirements
- Identify and analyze problem to support Production problem solving related SOA/SOAR Reference
- Review and evaluate configuration and implementation of related SOA/SOAR Reference to ensure revenue loss ≤ 1%
- Supervise team members to ensure configuration processed on-time
- Process sharing to IT Service Desk/ Billing Helpdesk to inform new marketing product related to complaint handling
- Provide report for delivery configuration / projects
- Bachelor Degree preferably from Informatics/Telecommunication/Electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 year experience in Telecommunication/IT field as Billing Operation
- Intermediate understanding of UNIX & PL/SQL
- Intermediate understanding of Database/Times Ten
- Intermediate Knowledge in Billing System & Satellite Application
- Attention to detail person
- Excellent in planning & organizing (Time Management)
- Result oriented person
- Excellent in problem solving
- Good communication skill
