Job Description:
- Prepares accurate airfreight import documents
- Arrange a trucking for delivery
- Proactively and positively interacts with client(s) to ensure correct and timely transactional requirements of their account(s)
- Proactively and positively interacts with management, peers, subordinates, and colleagues at various Schenker divisions
- Enhanced Customer Service levels sustained to ensure customer retention
- Complies with ISO Standard Operating Procedures and the instructions of one’s supervisor or manager
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, able to work under pressure, independent, proactive and having good initiative.
- Ability to work effectively and efficient.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (more languages are beneficial)
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Contract position(s) available.
- Willing to be place in Cengkareng.
