Analyst - Service Testing (contract based 6 months)
- Assist on review the test scenario to ensure the test scenario are applicable for the product.
- Prepare tools data preparation (eg. SIM Card, Device, Pulsa etc) to ensure all the tools needed are completed and acceptable
- Execute product testing to ensure the process of testing meet the minimum quality and on time.
- Monitor product defect fixing process with related parties to ensure the delivery time as agreed SLA.
- Review the product testing result related impact analysis on customer experience and provide recommendation GO or No GO to minimize customer complain on product.
- Provide testing report to keep updating progress report of product testing.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Telecommunication or IT Engineering with minimum 2 year experience in related area.
- Good knowledge of Quality Control concept and process
- Understanding of service testing method and procedure
- Understanding of product development lifecycle
- Understanding of Telco & Billing product
- Attention to detail person
- Excellent communication skill
- Have a good reporting skill
