DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsibilities :
- Increasing or creating market demand by supporting the implementation of Customer Relationship Activity (Outlet, End-User) and Advertising Below The line in Modern Trade Channel to achieve sales growth and sales targets
- Coordinating with related department at Sales Marketing at head office and branches and Kalbe Nutritionals Distribution (KND) team to ensure the effective planning, implementation and evaluation of programs at Modern Trade Channel and it executed on schedule
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree of any major from reputable university with min.GPA 2.75.
- Having related experience min.3 years as Channel Development/Trade Marketing for Modern Trade Channel
- Good knowledge about Outlet Management, Brand Activation, Activation Management, Channel Management, Retail Program, Event, and Promotion
- Excellent in presentation skill, public speaking, dealing, and handling event
- Good interpersonal skill, excellent in communication, discipline, and hard working
- Placement : Head Office (Sunter)
