Project Secretary will be responsible to provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running or the departments operations. Maintain records for the operations and project team. Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management. Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department. Support the officers and project team in a daily admin roles and assist to keep stock of supplies of the department. Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cikarang.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
