Requirements    

  • Female, max  25 years old
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3 or S1) in Accounting / Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working in related field
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • High level to operate computer: Ms. Office, power point, outlook, internet, etc.
  • High level to operate system Accurate and MYOB, ZAHIR
  • Honest and attention to detail
  • Good performance, strong communication skill & high self confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving oriented, and proactive
  • Work effectively in a fast paced-environment and consistently prioritize task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform under pressure environment and tight constrains.

Detail of Duties :

  • Receive and check invoices from suppliers
  • Input invoices into the system
  • Preparing payments to suppliers
  • Pnput transaction outgoing and incoming companies
  • Make a report on the financial activities of the company
  • Make a report of reconciliation
