    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    Job Scope:
    • Handle daily administrative matters
    • Taking care of daily petty cash claims
    • Maintaining proper filling system
    • Maintaining cash and bank book
    • Posting of transactions into SAP system
    • Provide support to Account Executive in Jakarta office
    • Assist in stock takeĀ 
    • Provide general support to head office
    • Assist in preparing schedules required by head office
    • Liase with auditors and other local government authorities
    • Any other ad-hoc matter
    Job Specification :
    • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalents
    • Minimum 1 year working experience
    • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
    • Basic accounting knowledge is required
    • An independent, meticulous individual with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
    • Self-motivated with leadership abilities
    • Competent in data management and EXCEL functions
    • Proficiency in MS Office & good exposure to SAP or other ERP system
    • Candidates with SAP or other ERP system exposure is an added advantage
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya
