Job brief:

Assist PMO manager in liaising with clients, vendors and project team member in managing projects. Coordinate and facilitating project team member to meet project goal in term of timeline, budged, resources and quality

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing different sizes and complexities IT projects
  • Report to PMO manager regarding project progress regularly
  • Strategic Project Planning and Goal Setting
  • Manage Project Execution and Governance
  • Provide Project Documentation and Archives


  • Max 30 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/technical area or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Having strong leadership, organizational, administrative and time management skill
  • Customer and service-minded, pragmatic attitude
  • Good relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and to defined deadlines in a flexible multi-discipline and international environment
  • Ability in the English language, verbal and written will be advantage
  • Willing to travel as needed
