Job Description Asst. Pastry Chef  - Surabaya :
• To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum condition
• To ensure that all place kitchen always freshly prepared and on time
• To ensure that dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity
• To ensure that this section is being kept clean and tidy at all time
• To ensure that any anticipated are communicated promptly to the Pastry Chef
• Will assume the responsibility of Pastry Chef in his/her absence
• Be responsible for all Pastry staff, and resolve any staff issues appropriately.

Requirements Asst. Pastry Chef - Surabaya :
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Education minimum Senior High School from pastry or bakery majority
• Must have good knowledge of pastry and bakery
• Must have good knowledge about food cost and administration
• Minimum 2 years as some position
• Being able work in a team
• Be ready shift hour
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Will be based in Surabaya
