This position will serve as GETS Indonesia Consulting Project Manager and GETS Indonesia Country Point of Contact for GETS Team Member, Sales, Partners and Customers.Leverage Industry and Dell Project Management methodologies, process and knowledge to initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control and closing GETS Indonesia Consulting Customer Consulting Projects.Meeting project financial (Project profitability & billing milestone) & operation metrics (Customer Experience, Delivery to Expectation, Project Cycle Time and Productive & Billable Utilzation.Leverage business acumen experience, interpersonal skills and professionalism to provide strong and effective leadership and guidance to local GETS Indonesia Technical Consultant, Project Managers and Deployment Field Engineer to meet Financial and Operation objectives.

This position also serve as a strong and effective GETS Indonesia Point of contact for local GSD Sales, ESG Sales, Commercial Sales and Delivery Partners to support and grow GETS business demand and delivery quality service to our customers.Understands service offerings so that they can identify and articulate new business opportunities and provide sales support.

Drives all aspects of project management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization and ensuring the following:
  • Changes that affect scope, schedule and resources are identified, managed and controlled with an integrated and cohesive plan.
  • Scope is defined, approved, managed, controlled; ensuring completed deliverables are accepted by the customer.
  • Schedule is developed and managed to on-time delivery.
  • Costs are estimated and managed to deliver project within customer approved budget, while preserving profit margins.
  • Resources are assigned and managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Risks and issues are proactively identified and managed.
  • High quality is planned and delivered on the project, meeting all agreed upon requirements and ensuring high customer satisfaction through the management of the overall customer experience.
  • Drives all aspects of program management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization.
  • Defines program value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for global programs.
  • Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc) to complete the program objectives on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Drives program decisions to support Dell’s and/or the customer’s strategic direction and business objectives.
  • May be responsible for all or multiple aspects of the Project Management Office (PMO) functions which includes, but is not limited to the following: project portfolio governance and project portfolio management, project resource management, and/or project quality management.
  • Participate and contribute positively in project and program management standards and processes and the PMO organization
  • BSC in Computing Science or equivalent
  • PMI PMP Certification or equivalent
  • This position requires 5+ yrs related project management experience Enterprise Infrastructure Consulting and Deployment
  • Position requires senior IT management customer interaction/engagement skills in order to manage current project requirements and/or assist the sales team to develop new business opportunities
  • Leads solution creation for complex project escalations that have negatively impacted the customer’s environment
  • Presents and/or participates at Dell‑sponsored customer or industry events
  • Acts as a customer advocate from a product and services development perspective
  • Develops and nurtures long‑term customer relationships which result in increased customer experience
