    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

    PROJECT COORDINATOR (ProCoor)
    Project Coordinator is responsible of the smoothness of vessel operations especially in communicating with customers and contract requirements, responsible for monitoring the vessel and crew performance to ensure that customers contract requirements are complied and act as the prominent link to the customers.
     
    DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
    • Ensuring all operational contract requirements are fulfilled
    • Ensuring fuel consumption for the project assigned is reported correctly
    • Ensuring all vessels' documents for the project assigned are valid
    • Ensuring and updating the valid date of vessel's certificate in the system
    • Ensuring all vessel audit result both internal and external are corrected and implemented as recommended
    • Responsible to control operational expenses that may occur in the project assigned
    • Verifying the Vessel Petty Cash Report and processes according to procedure
    • Ensuring the Vessel Visit and Inspection Plan are documented
     
    REQUIREMENT
    • Bachelor Degree, preferably from Maritime Studies
    • Minimum 3 years experience in Oil and Gas/ Shipping Company
    • Have a good understanding in vessel operation

    Kesimpulan Review

    Pros
    • Rekan kerjanya ramah dan suasana bekerjanya juga cukup nyaman karena kebersihan di lingkungan tempat bekerja sangat terjaga. Gaji dan tunjangan yang diberikan juga OK.
    • Perusahaan ini amat mengedepankan keselamatan bekerja para karyawannya. Sudah mengimplementasi ISO dan OHSAS. Banyak hal baru yang bisa dipelajari selama di lapangan.
    Cons
    • Norma kesopanan harus lebih dijaga lagi terutama dalam hal komunikasi. Pembagian beban kerjanya masih belum merata dan memerlukan pengkajian ulang.
    • Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan pengembangan kemampuan karyawannya. Kurangnya pelatihan atau training yang diberikan perusahaan bagi para engineernya. Jenjang karirnya bisa dibilang tidak ada.
