  • Demonstrated experience working with technical information (i.e. food formulations, food processing specifications, pilot plant procedures, etc.) desired.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience .
  • Responsible for procedures technical food procedures
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree or technical equivalent related to Food Science, Food Management and/or Food Processing/Manufacturing.
  • 3-5 years experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences in dairy industry.
  • Knowledge of common food processes, food ingredient functionality and ingredient interactions a plus.
  • Previous laboratory/bench top experience in a research food laboratory or product development environment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills (technical reports for internal and external distribution, presentations, etc).
  • Demonstrated project management skills and experience .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Spoken and written in English.
