    About the Position

    Core competencies & Qualifications

    Core competencies

    • Prepare payment with Payment Voucher as an Account Payable
    • Prepare Invoice & calling the client as an Account Receivable
    • Reconcile balance and bank book
    • Input transaction of cash book into system as an Cashier
    • Calculate & reporting Taxation
    • Correspondence with bank & client
    • Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary
    • Flexibility to meet organizational demands and ability to learn
    • Work closely with the Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance & Accounting matters
    • Must be physically healthy
    • Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
    • Resolution of finance & accounting related queries
    • Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company‚Äôs monthly financial & accounting reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
    • Assist in the production of financial & accounting statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
    • Experience of working to tight deadlines with limited resources
    • Highly organised, proactive, hardworking, focused & have attention to detail
    • Experience in managing large quantities of data
    • Strong awareness of banking sector

    Qualification

    • Preferably Male age between 22 - 28 years old
    • Education - Minimum Diploma / Degree in / Finance/ Accountancy / Banking / Tax / Business Studies / Administration / Management or other relevant business fields
    • Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field of finance/accountancy/tax is required for this position
    • Fresh graduates may apply
    • Good command of spoken and written English
    • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
    • Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
