Main Responsibility :
Responsible for Cigna Indonesia’s Talent  Management in terms of: Budget planning,  Assessment Management, Talent Development, Talent Pool Management, Succession Planning and Talent Career Path Management

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years  professional experiences in the field of Talent Development in similar industries or multinational companies
  • Experiences in change management in the scope of Human Resources
  • High motivation to develop people and grow the organization
  • Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably from psychology or education discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in HR as assistant – Manager or manager  level in diverse industry prefer from financial institution or international companies
  • Display positive attitude and strong in facilitation skills
  • Good command of English and reading, writing and listening skills
  • Computer literate
  • Strong  in execution
