GM Operations (Restaurant)



    • Responsible for overseeing the operations of Singapore Yong Tau Fu Brands and all of its outlets
    • Achieve specific sales & cost targets with the assistance of the entire operations teams (Managers, crews) - KPI
    • Manage & develop new outlets & products
    • Ensure that all standards (such food quality, food service, and training) are implemented accordingly
    • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a Restaurant GM or Operation Manager handling min 3 stores
    • Required skill(s): food and beverage costing, food and beverage management, Food And Beverage Operation.
    • Experience & working knowledge in Singaporean / Chinese food is benefecial.
    • Must be system oriented & detailed oriented
    • Strong managerial & communication skills is a MUST
