Tugas dan Pekerjaan:
  • Melakukan Recruitment, Training, HRM, HRIS
  • Menjaring kandidat Staf dan Operator Produksi
  • Membawahi GA dan staf HRD
  • Menghitung Salary Staf dan Operator
  • Membuat kebijakan sesuai dengan PP dan UU Ketenagakerjaan
 
Kualifikasi:
  • Pendidikan Min S1 (Hukum, Psikologi dan HRM lebih disukai)
  • Berpengalaman min 3 tahun di HR
  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris (lisan/ tertulis)
  • Menguasai BPJS, UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP
  • Menguasai Perizinan, SVLK, Dan Tenaga Kerja Asing
  • Menguasai RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, PASSPORT
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Penempatan di Jepara
