SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
Company: Deliveree, a mobile technology startup company
Position: Customer Service Agent
Reporting To: Customer Service Manager
Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
Job Type: Full-Time Career Position
Compensation: Competitive Package
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inbound and outbound customer service through calls and chat
  • Use fluent Bahasa and some English in your daily communications
  • Be an empowered and proactive problem solver
  • Be a champion of the customer experience
  • We think of our agents as partners in our business and give them flexibility and authority to solve customer problems in a fast and decisive way
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2 years call center or customer service work experience
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced tech startup company environment
  • Strong customer care and customer experience mindset
  • Concise and friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • Moderate written and spoken English
  • Responsible, accountable, punctual, and proactive
  • Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Gmail
  • Shifting is required
