- Created and maintain the detailed business requirements based on management needs.
- Responsible to evaluate and suggest new process adjustments which can lead to increase of costs saving and better customer servicing.
- Consulting with internal customers to identify, comment and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures and related problems.
- Analyze new business requirements and ideas, compare these with current business processes, and system features, identifies gaps between and propose solution for process improvement.
- Responsible for keeping update all business process
- Bachelor graduate in Statistics, Project Management of Business program with minimum 5 year-working experience. Preferable with experience in studying or working overseas
- Experience with business process analysis/changes is a must.
- Strong skills in Excel and Power Point
- Detailed knowledge with process designing tools and understanding of data collection methodologies, analysis, principles and techniques.
- Proven ability to provide suggestion and recommendation to senior management over the trends, finding, set of data and formulating the improvement plan.
- Has experience as business consultant is an advantage.
- Good time management, pro active.
- Good communication skill.
- Strong command of spoken and written in English.
