- Contribute to the Company's growth by supporting Hino's Dealers to achieve their sales target
- Ensure good communications between PT. Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) and Dealers
- Do Market data analysis, monitor & support sales progress, monitor & give advice to dealer rundown, accomodate dealers needs, sales activity
- Do Frequent visit to Dealers and Customers, Communicate with Dealer Owner, Sales Manager, and Salesman about market situation & challenges, understanding dealers problem to find the solution
- Responsible to represent the situation about market, dealer condition to HMSI Management
- Develop Sales reporting
Our expectations :
- Holds Bachelor's Degree in any major, but candidates with educational background in engineering is preferable.
- Has at least 3 year(s) of working experience in automotive sales especially in ATPM.
- Good understanding in Commercial Vehicle (Truck and Bus) is preferable.
- Positioning & Competitive Analysis Knowledge
- Good on Macro & Micro economy analysis
