DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Make SOP companies
  • Helps Leadership / Management in resolving internal and external issues related to the problems as well as the Business Development
  • Monitoring and evaluation of all existing human resources within the company.
  • Running skill development activities on human resources in accordance with company policy.
  • Make a purchase of ATK's planning office operations
  • Preparing employment agreements and employment contracts of the employees as well as to update the validity period of the employment contract.
  • And employee data input into the system so that all recorded properly
  • Make a summary report transfer, promotion and employee status (additional child, married, quit).
 
Requirements :
 
  • Maximum age 29 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experience  as Personnel Supervisor in Manufacture
  • Creating an internal memo and attachments that contain rules regarding work and company policies
  • Willing to be placed in Tandes (Surabaya), Bojonegoro & Kertosono

    Cukup mudah untuk bisa menjadi karyawan tetap di perusahaan ini. Kesempatan tinggi untuk bisa meningkatkan jenjang karir. Beban kerja tidak terlalu besar, tepat waktu dalam hal pulang kerja. Tunjangan hari raya sebesar 2x gaji.
