  • Performing Secretary and Assistant Work
  • Performing Administration Work
  • Handling correspondences with clients and arrange meeting
  • Carrying out backgroud research and presenting findings
  • Assist in organizing and maitaining business activities
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Administration/PA/Secretary)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma from Secretarial/Administration/business study/Management
  • Proactive, well organized, trusworthty, honest, loyal, and pleasant personalities
  • Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
  • Fluency in both oral and written English is a must, other language proficiency would be a plus
  • Attention to detail and having good administration and communication skill
  • Willing to Travel
