  • Travel, visas and accommodation arrangement
  • Organizing appointments and agendas
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents file
  • Arrange Executive schedule
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports.
 
Job Requirements :
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in similar position for minimum 10 years
  • Must be fluent in English, verbal and written
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, proactive and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  • Ability in Mandarin is a plus
